He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is, besides being a pastor, is committed to educating the next generation. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman and Viars).
