Alexandra Cooper was born on August 21, 1994, in Newtown, Pennsylvania, to Bryan and Laurie Cooper. Her father played hockey at the University of Wisconsin. Boston University offered Cooper a sports scholarship after coaches noticed the athleticism she displayed. Cooper accepted the offer of a scholarship and became a member of the Boston University women's soccer team, Division-1 during her 4-year graduation. She was also co-captain in her senior year. Cooper was the captain of her M.C.T. In her four seasons, she won Prep A and won the distinction of being named All-Prep First team. The junior and senior years of her awards included All-Prep, All-Area and All-Prep 1st Team. Cooper excelled in other areas too. While in school Cooper developed an interest in the field of journalism as well as entertainment. So she decided to make a career in it. She graduated from Boston University with a degree in TV and film.
